What we see in Birmingham
Birmingham has some of the UK's largest construction and regeneration programmes, including major transport infrastructure, which brings demanding client and contractor requirements under CDM 2015 and widespread use of SSIP accreditation in the supply chain. The West Midlands also has a deep manufacturing and engineering base, where machinery safety, COSHH, noise and workplace transport are everyday issues, and a large private rented sector including student HMOs.
